Dusting the Rust-Off
Hello all and happy 2024! This year, I made a promise to myself that I would focus on working on my drawing ability and document that journey, publicly. A truly terrifying idea to me, and yet here I am. My goal is to offer my perspective.
I’m committing to posting at a bi-weekly cadence (including this keeps me honest). It’ll include inspirational images, thoughts, art and etc. Sometimes from me and sometimes from things that I’ve observed. There’s power in record keeping, and I believe that this online journey will be a fun one.
Admittedly, it’s been quite some time since I’ve grabbed the sketchbook and it was struuuggle-city. Drawing faces and nailing a likeness is pretty difficult for me so I figured I’d get the rust off by doing just that – enjoy!
